About Me – Hi, I’m Elly!

Hey there! I’m Elly – the face, hands, and slightly flour-dusted apron behind CookWithElly.com. I’m a 29-year-old food lover, born and raised in North America, and I’ve been cooking since I was tall enough to reach the kitchen counter (with the help of a chair, of course!).

My love for food started in my mom’s kitchen. She was the crazy chef of our home – always whipping up something delicious, experimenting with flavors, and never afraid to try new recipes. She even made me my very own cookbook filled with her favorite creations. That book is still one of my most treasured things, and it’s where my food journey truly began.
